Professional baristas know: the brewing temperature is one of the most crucial parameters when extracting coffee – even more so in the case of espresso.
To help professionals set up the machines and tune them to the right temperature, we have a special portafilter. It measures the temperature directly at the point of extraction and even includes a piece of POM that simulates the thermal capacity of the coffee puck.

Steam wands deserve special attention for two reasons.
Firstly, they are one of the few components that are outside the machine and get very hot – which makes them a concern in terms of occupational safety. This is why we created U CAN TOUCH steamers. They guarantee significantly lower surface temperatures than conventional steam wands and thus help you maintain high safety standards.
Secondly, frothing milk to a silky smooth texture can be a challenge with conventional steamers. The barista has to find the perfect balance of injected air and temperature every time. To facilitate the process, we have developed milk frother wands with integrated temperature probes and dedicated air inlets.
We can even solve these two issues with a single product: it combines our U CAN TOUCH technology with our integrated temperature probes.

Just like with steam wands, the hot surface of conventional water wands can be a major occupational safety concern. With our U CAN TOUCH technology, we achieve significantly lower surface temperatures. This helps you maintain high safety.
For maximum control of the water temperature during withdrawal, it is best to measure the temperature directly within the wand. Our water wands with integrated temperature probes are specifically designed for this purpose.
If you seek the highest standards in safety and control, the combination of our U CAN TOUCH technology with an integrated temperature sensor is the right choice for you.
