PIPE TEMPERATURE SENSORS
What is a Pipe Temperature Probe?
For measuring pipe temperature, there are essentialy two possiblities: you can either measure the temperature of a medium inside the pipe or measure the temperature of the surface of the pipe.
Screw-in Measurement with Threaded Probe
If you want to measure the temperature of steam or a liquid inside a pipe, our screw-in probes are the perfect solution. For maximum water tightness and robustness, we mould a connector onto the probe.
Surface Temperature Measurement
For measuring the pipe surface temperature, we have two solutions available: within a temperature range of -40 to 85 °C, we recommend our dedicated pipe surface probe ICSkin. It is purpose built for cold pipes and condensation. Thanks to its eyelet, it is easy to attach to a pipe with a cable tie or clamp.
In case this temperature range is not enough, our mineral insulated probes come into play. With our dedicated pipe surface adapters, they are a perfect fit for pipe surface temperature measurement.
