Italcoppie Sensori Srl, a leading manufacturer of temperature probes in Europe, announces that Zama Seter Srl is becoming a part of its group. Zama Seter is renowned for its broad range of temperature probes and its excellent customer service.
In addition to locations in Germany, France, Tunisia, and Brazil, Zama Seter’s headquarters in Fiorano Modenese is now the group’s third site in Italy.
Pietro and Mario Noli, who run the family business Italcoppie in its second generation, state: “Zama Seter is a company that has created innovation in its sectors, in this we see a strong alignment with our market approach. We could say that this acquisition represents a natural completion for our group, bringing together our experiences may open new opportunities to create innovative solutions.”
The transaction was advised by the law firm FPB Legal in Milan and Dr Alessandro Savoia.
