By way of exception from this term, in case of a complaint or a claim the User’s Personal Data will be kept for the period referred to in the following letter e);
- Personal Data for commercial communications: for the purposes under point 3 letter d), for a period of 24 months after the User’s last interaction with Italcoppie, suitable to demonstrate an interest in receiving marketing communications concerning Italcoppie, including the collection of consent, the opening of a newsletter, the purchase of a Product and/or the participation to Events;
- Personal Data for improving the Website: for the purposes under point 3 letters e) and f), for a period of 24 months after the User’s last browsing on the Website;
