Our products for catering industry applications meet the requirements of the EC Directives 1935/2004 and 2023/2006. Manufacturing at IPC Level
Although not all of our specialists are officially IPC certified, we consistently align our production processes and work instructions with IPC standards. With our IPC-qualified personnel, we can produce in compliance with IPC certification on a project-by-project basis.

Declarations
ROHS Declaration of Conformity
The RoHS declaration confirms that our products comply with Directive 2011/65/EU as amended and supplemented.
REACH Declaration
The REACH declaration confirms that our products comply with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, as amended and supplemented, on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. To request a REACH declaration, please contact reachrohs@italcoppie.it.
Conflict Minerals
The responsible sourcing of minerals is a global challenge. We are against the use of materials and minerals from conflict zones such as the Congo and surrounding countries.
Food Contact Materials
Our declaration of conformity in accordance with EU Directives 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 confirms that our appropriately labeled products that come into contact with food are safe and suitable for food contact to ensure consumer protection.
Proposition 65 Declaration
In our statement regarding California’s Proposition 65, known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, we state that our products are not intended for ingestion, inhalation or absorption through the skin under normal conditions of use.
TSCA Declaration
We hereby declare that the substances regulated in the TSCA Regulation are not intentionally added to our products either as raw materials or during production.
Restrictions on PFAS Substances
Our statement on possible restrictions on PFAS substances demonstrates our commitment to minimizing the use of these chemicals and seeking alternative solutions to reduce environmental and health risks.
Persistent Organic Pollutants
The declaration in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants (POPs) confirms that our products are free from hazardous and persistent organic chemicals that pose a threat to the environment and health.
